Deposit and Refund Policy

DEPOSITS

  • Deposits are due two weeks prior to trip, and must be received to hold date(s).

  • Deposits = $50.00 per person

  • Deposits can be made by Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa / Master Card.

REFUNDS

  • In case of trip cancellation due to hazardous weather, high and unfishable water or any other acts of God, 100% of Deposit will be refunded to Client.
  • If Client cancels before 2 weeks (14 days) of trip departure date, 100% Deposit will be
    refunded to Client.
  • If Client cancels within 2 weeks (14 days) of trip, o2Fish will retain 100%

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

  • Checks not clearing bank, clients will be charged
    a $20.00 fee

These policies are implemented only to prevent any scheduling conflicts.
o2fish will provide a safe and friendly atmosphere in which to enjoy an
Oregon Fishing Trip.
